Delivery & shipping stuff...

Please see our delivery section for full details. We currently deliver to the UK including Northern Ireland. We do NOT currently deliver to BFPO or PO Box addresses or outside the U.K. We will deliver to Republic of Ireland by prior agreement but this counts as an overseas delivery and incurs an additional charge

Is it possible that you may have entered an incorrect e mail address? If not then there’s a good chance it is sat in your junk or spam folder, especially if you use a account. Please have a look there. If you’re still struggling then please send us an e mail & we’ll look into it for you.

Yes, the price you see on the web site includes our free 3-5 day delivery service as outlined on our delivery page. There are No hidden fees. Most other companies’ will charge a delivery fee. We believe that the price you see should be the price you pay. If you want next day delivery please see our delivery page for details.

Yes! Card Security is of paramount importance to us. We use CardSave for our transactions to ensure safe & secure card processing. Once the transaction is made the data is encoded using a 128 bit SSL encryption key. This encryption would take 1.4 million years to crack giving you plenty of time to enjoy your parcel! We are also PCI compliant. We also now offer Paypal.

Definitely yes! We urge you to include a message up to 175 characters. Your message will be handwritten on a gift card and included in the parcel. You will be asked for this information during the ordering process.

No, all costs for our standard delivery are included.

Sorry but we have temporarily stopped next day deliveries as it all got a bit confusing, see below! Please, please, please read our delivery section to avoid any confusion. If you order on a working day before noon & choose this option then delivery will be made on the next working day. If you order after noon then it will not. E.G. order on a Friday evening and choose this option and then the parcel will be despatched on Monday & delivered on Tuesday. Hopefully this makes sense. If it doesn’t then please ask. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. No deliveries are made on Saturdays or Sundays.

Please note that these are supplied by a reputable external supplier. Therefore we are unfortunately unable to offer any selected ‘freebies’ or special offers with these parcels as they are despatched from a seperate location. Please ensure you read the limitations on the personalisation carefully as we cannot be responsible for any wrongly submitted messages

Payment stuff...

We prefer on line payment! If you want to send us a cheque we can handle it but will not dispatch any goods until we are in receipt of cleared funds. Cheques should be made out to The Gift Parcel Company.

We use CardSave, part of the WorldPay group; You can use any of the credit cards detailed on our website as well as PayPal.

No, Student Gift Parcel cannot be responsible for any late deliveries due to courier mistakes, severe weather, or any circumstances beyond our control which may cause a delay in delivery.

You will be required to provide billing information and shipping information if different from each other. Once you have completed your order you will be e-mailed a receipt and confirmation of the order. Shipping notifications will be e-mailed to you once your order has been approved and shipped. When a tracked service is used a tracking E Mail will also be sent

Yes and no! In fact, they will look better than the photo you see here. You won’t be disappointed by the real parcel. However, due to the availability of products and seasonal differences, we reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value when it becomes necessary. Each parcel is packed with care using colourful shred & tissue to protect all items.

They are great for Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, a housewarming gift, and more! Surprise a nephew or niece with an ‘essentials’ package; remember Grandma with a ‘missing you’ package; have a ‘Movie Night’ package after a long, tiring week at work! The possibilities are endless. If you do not want Student Gift Parcel branding with your parcel then please let us know and we can send it as a plain gift parcel.

We believe we have developed a number of packages suitable for all occasions. We also offer the ability to ‘add on’ individual items. We also have our ‘create your own’ parcel to let your imagination run riot. However we can also customise an order especially for you. Maybe graduation is coming up and you have a specific requirement. No problem; we can cater for it; we are here with unique creative ideas. E-mail us your request at [email protected], and we will work within your budget to make this happen. We want everyone to enjoy our parcels.

We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates (see our delivery section) but we will try to accommodate requests. Please fill in your desired delivery date in the special instructions box, which is located at the end of the checkout process. For birthdays we feel it is better for a parcel to arrive a day or so early rather than late. We put on a ‘do not open until..’ instruction.

Any time! Who doesn’t love getting a parcel throughout the year? Send a student gift parcel for any special occasion; a birthday, before exams, start of term etc.

No. Student Gift Parcel cannot be responsible for the aforementioned types of packages. It is your responsibility to double check addresses and make sure we have the correct, up-to-date address and postcode.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, please e-mail us at [email protected] within 48 hours of your delivery and we will work with you to resolve the problem. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

We will send you e-mail confirmation regarding the status of your order and once the parcel has been sent. If you do not receive the email within 1 hour of placing the order then please check your junk or spam folders. Also please check that you provided the correct e mail address to us.

Yes, occasionally. If an item needs to be substituted we will replace it for another item of equal or greater value.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that all items will be suitable for people with specific allergies. We can make no guarantees as to the ingredients present in our packs. Products are assembled in an environment which contains nuts.
